I will guide your instructors on how to enroll and coach your learners in train-the-trainer sessions.
Most importantly, I will guide you on how to identify the learning solution's business impact, including the learners' reaction, the learning retained, job performance behavior observed, and the measurable result, or key performance indicator (KPI).
