Instructional Design Process
Explore my process through the ADDIE model and Kirkpatrick's model.
Analysis
Together, we will identify your business goals and distill the problem to identify what activities and vital information your learners need to meet your goals.
Design
After identifying your goals and the reasons your learners are not meeting the goals, we'll design a clear learning objective that will guide the scope of the project. In this step, we'll also develop a budget, a timeline, and a storyboard.
Development
I will work with you to gather the content and will develop an engaging learning solution, including practice activities, information, and learner feedback.
Implementation
I will guide your instructors on how to enroll and coach your learners in train-the-trainer sessions.
Evaluation
Most importantly, I will guide you on how to identify the learning solution's business impact, including the learners' reaction, the learning retained, job performance behavior observed, and the measurable result, or key performance indicator (KPI).
