About
I design innovative learning solutions that solve problems.
I enable knowledge and skill development through videos, job aids, eLearning solutions, and learning management systems. I developed and implemented creative, learner-centered, performance-based technical instruction for the Department of Defense while stationed in Germany in an educational role. In a program management role, I launched an educational program for the Air Force that made medical and educational services more accessible for over 1000 families with special needs. I developed and facilitated sales training for a global Fortune 50 company in a sales role. As a volunteer, I design and lead interactive outreach events as a NASA Solar System Ambassador. I have a Master’s of Human Relations and certifications in instructional design and online learning, the Kirkpatrick program evaluation, and secondary science education.
If you are dying to know more, here are a few things you don’t know about me:
I love outdoor adventures, especially biking and hiking in the mountains
I am passionate about human performance, including fitness, food, and nutrition.
I moved back to the States with just two suitcases and a cat, and then my cat peed in a suitcase (this is also the opening line for my upcoming book).
